Warranty Policy

Our Warranty Policy is Simple and the Best in the Industry - If you have a Warranty Issue, just call us at 602-495-1555. We ask you have your original sales receipt with you when you call for faster and better warranty service.

The Warranties Provided by Arizona's Garage Door Doctor are not transferrable.

Warranty service is provided during normal business hours.

Original copy of invoice must be present at time of appointment for any warranty work to be performed.

After service warranty period expires, warranty covers the cost of parts only.

Labor to replace, install, or adjust parts under warranty is not covered.

Warranty is void if any persion or company other than Arizona's Garage Door Doctor repairs or attempts to repair any item under Arizona's Garage Door Doctor's warranty.

Garage door springs are sized according to the weight of the garage door. Addition or subtraction of garage door hardware, insulation, support(s), or other artifact(s) that alter the weight of the garage door will invalidate any warranty on garage door springs and/or garage door operator motor gears.

Electrical components not covered under warranty unless the garage door operner is equipped with a functioning surge protector.

Warranty does not cover miss-aligned or blocked safety eye systems.

Warranty does not cover correction and/or changes to the force adjustments on garage door openers.

Arizona's Garage Door Doctor does not provide or warrant light bulbs on garage door openers.

Warranties do not cover damage or repair issues associated with forces of nature.
