They are very responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve used them to install a new opener, threshold and keypad in the past. Last year they installed a new garage door after mine was damaged. They came out on the weekend to assess the damage, discuss specs for the new one, and installed it the next week. Aaron installed the door in a couple of hours, tested it and discussed its operation and recommended maintenance. This week he returned to complete a recommended 6 month maintenance. He spent time making adjustments, lubricating it and checking out the opener and safety features. He took time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond what I expected for a routine maintenance visit. Probably not a warranty issue but completely realigned the door, made necessary adjustments etc. He is very knowledgeable of the Lift Master system and shared some information. Completed under warranty.
