Had a major problem with my garage door opener.   I called based on wonderful reviews and no complaints.   I can see why! My new opener was Installed the same day.  Fernando was wonderful.  Knowledgeable  and the process was seamless.   The new product is excellent…works beautifully and purrs like a pussy cat instead of the loud, obnoxious and barely working opener we had. I had a great experience with Arizona Garage Door Doctor! Ryan was our technician and he was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood how the garage door system works. He also went over the warranty in detail and answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and patient. I am very grateful I called Arizona Garage Door Doctor. They gave me a much better quote on my repair compared to Sun City Garage Doors or A1. Don’t pay outrageous high quotes in the valley. These guys made me a lifetime customer! My spring broke, so I called the first company that popped up on the Google list and asked how much new springs cost. They gave me the runaround, couldn't give me an approximate cost or range. In this economy, depending on price, I might just let it stay broke. I called AZ Garage Door Doctor, and they talked to me about the different types of springs and the approximate costs for each of them. Over the phone, he helped me identify what type of spring I most likely have, and the number he quoted ended up being the exact price! Updated my 40 yr old tilt-up with a Clopay Modern Steel roll-up installed by AZ Garage Door Doctor.  Delighted with AZGDD service from quote to clean-up.  Quotes are prompt and reasonable.  They offer a number of door manufacturers, providing links to their respective websites, which often feature an app that allows you to see the final product on your house.  We chose Clopay for the variety of styles and close match to our existing house color.  Installation was scheduled ~ 4 wks after ordering the door, and was completed in less than a day, including hauling away the old door. Arizona Garage Door Doctor is a family owned business. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve used them to install a new opener, threshold and keypad in the past. Last year they installed a new garage door after mine was damaged. They came out on the weekend to assess the damage, discuss specs for the new one, and installed it the next week. Aaron installed the door in a couple of hours, tested it and discussed its operation and recommended maintenance. This week he returned to complete a recommended 6 month maintenance. He spent time making adjustments, lubricating it and checking out the opener and safety features. He took time to explain everything to me. I have used Arizona Door Doctor 5 times since 2014. I have no complaints, fast service, and technicians know their job. Today Aaron came to repair a hung door. Probably not a warranty issue but completely realigned the door, made necessary adjustments etc. He is very knowledgeable of the Lift Master system and shared some information. Completed under warranty.
